Vision
We envision all residents of our east side community receiving quality, personal health care, enabling them to achieve optimum health. Preventive health care will become normal, regardless of one's income. Sustained high quality, personal health care will contribute to the transformation of our community.

Our Plan

In partnership with a private practice, HFCC is a volunteer based primary-care practice that eventually will be able to hire a full-time physician. Our patients now have access to high quality health care in their neighborhood. Hope Family Care Center accepts all insurance, medicaid, medicare and uninsured patients for a small fee.
