Hope Family Care Clinic relies on volunteers to carry out its mission of providing quality, personal healthcare. The following is a list of serving opportunities currently available at Hope Family Care Clinic:
Hope Family Care Clinic is looking for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to volunteer once a week or once every other week for 1/2 day. Hope Family Care Clinic is also looking for Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Healthy Lifestyle Educators to volunteer once a week or once every other week for 1/2 a day.
Hope Family Care Clinic has a limited number of shadowing and volunteer opportunities for students. We also have a limited number of clinical site opportunities for medical students, which are usually coordinated through the school. However, at this time we unfortunately do not have any availability for Nurse Practitioner preceptorships unless you are a UMKC student. Please contact your UMKC faculty coordinator if interested in this opportunity.
Volunteers are needed to assist with various administrative tasks such as checking in and out patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining patient records. We are looking for Patient Reception Assistants to volunteer once a week or once every other week for 1/2 a day.
If you are interested in any of these volunteer opportunities please complete a HFCC Volunteer Interest Form and return it to our Volunteer Coordinator, Mikelan at mikelanc(at)hfcckc.org, via mail, or in person to:
